Rarely opt for a cab sav but the alternative on offer was crap. This has a decent nose and soft tannin finish

Had the 2012 bottle.

This has a great smooth taste to eat with a spicy dish. It is not over the top so it's great with or without food. Has a true peppery taste with a bit of plum with the smell and follows through with that on taste as well as even tannin and acidity.

Beautifully restrained and smooth cab. Lacks some punch but really enjoyable all the same.
