This wine is straw colored in the glass, and it pours up a bit frizzante. It smells wonderful, with notes of honeysuckle leading the way, followed by lemon, lime, and apple aromas. The palate shows delightful stone fruit, tropical fruit, and a hint of citrus. The acidity is not as fresh as I would like, but it serves the purpose of livening up the sip and affording easy pairings with a salad, a baked potato, or a Caprese sandwich. It is not a terribly complex wine, but for six bucks it will certainly do.

Passable. Some sweetness here. It offers Chenin's (79%) mineral tone in bitterness only and plays more of the cooked pomme fruit of Viognier (21%) in fruit character.

Nice pineapple and tropical fruit notes with some grassiness. It has some body to it, making it perfect for cheese, salads, chicken...you name it. Very versatile and for $4.99 I'll keep it on hand for sure.

Run don't walk to TJ's for $5. Honeycomb, slightly floral, bright citrus, peach, bit of tropical, a bit of nice palate weight from the viognier. Will keep on hand for summer for sure.

I liked this Steen blend with tastes of white tea and peach. First wine from South Africa I actually thoroughly enjoyed, I'm apprehensive and relieved to say.
