So fresh and so fun. Much more aromatic than the last dry PX I had several years ago. Pleasant tartness and minerality on the finish. Sneaky oyster wine.

Bright, citrus (grapefruit, maybe orange), acidity notes. Would be great with lighter food, but good on its own. Refreshing. Mouth watering. Lasting finish.
Peaches and nectarines are hidden inside bold bouquet of white flowers. Crisp, fresh acidity, dry and very unique palate. Some citrus and minerality on the finish. A range of foods are open to try, especially shellfish and other seafood.
