Grown at high elevation at 6,320 feet on vine 72 years of age. Made with a fair amount of sur lie and batonnage; which gives it a nice creamy body and mouthfeel. Meyer lemon/Pledge, ginger soda, pear, slightly bruised green, green melon, grapefruit, saline, powdery chalkiness, beautiful round acidity and good finish. Good pair with seafood or ceviche. The area of Elqui is also know for having the most vivid night skies in the world.

Great with seafood. Starts off with tastes of butter, then pear and quickly to lemon and lime with a crisp finish with lots of mineral character. Finishes very dry.

Rare to see this varietal in an ordinary table wine. Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Floral and citrus peel aromas. Nice acidity, lime, papaya and mineral notes, fruity finish. A big thumbs up for vin ordinaire, for food or sipping

So fresh and so fun. Much more aromatic than the last dry PX I had several years ago. Pleasant tartness and minerality on the finish. Sneaky oyster wine.
