Aug 8th, 2018Grown at high elevation at 6,320 feet on vine 72 years of age. Made with a fair amount of sur lie and batonnage; which gives it a nice creamy body and mouthfeel. Meyer lemon/Pledge, ginger soda, pear, slightly bruised green, green melon, grapefruit, saline, powdery chalkiness, beautiful round acidity and good finish. Good pair with seafood or ceviche. The area of Elqui is also know for having the most vivid night skies in the world.
