06' I've been saving my last bottle of 2006 for two years. Sometimes you just want to hold onto to that last bottle! Erika Brig thoroughly enjoyed the 06' last week. Erika you absolutely convinced me to pop it. I must say, it was worth the wait. Wow... the nose will convince you, before you even take a sip. A 45 minute decant. This is a full-bodied smooth and elegant cab. The black fruits I crave, with a little worn leather, slight hint of smoky & cedar. A close to perfect balance. It's got another 5/10 great years in it # A Maybach classic

Very expressive nose and after several hours of air all hints of heat faded and this was a big, but well balanced and beautiful wine. Think the more recent vintages are a touch better but this was still great.
