Jan 18th, 2016Opened this wine on Feb 4 for a dinner at home. Just horrible, overly acidic, closed, just tasted like vinegar. Thought what the heck, put a cork in the bottle and in the frig. Tasted it a few times and was about the same. Drinking it now, 15 days later, after taking it out of the frig and letting it sit open in the kitchen for over a day well it’s a good cab. Nose of some raspberries some nice dark fruit on taste with a decent finish. Have one more bottle and when I open that one it will be taking a nice long ride in the blender and say open and on the kitchen counter for a bit.

Feb 19th, 2017Menthol-y green leaves and dry tannins conceal the last fading ripe red fruits and cassis. Charming and very typical.
