Very interesting. Never had Sauvignon Blanc this old. Mayacamas doesn’t use malolactic fermentation and the high acidity allows their white wines to live several years.
Medium gold color. Aromas of bruised apples, creme brulee, burnt honey notes. Insanely good, honeysuckle flavors, light citrus finish.
