Lilia part 2: young nebbiolo met grilled blowfish & the incredible pasta dishes at Lilia head on. High pitch but w a stronger under current of fruit. Skurnik imp. Not a show stopper but didnt need to be.

Cranberry and raspberry notes explode out of this right and well-balanced medium wine. Nebbiolo excells at expressing acidity without overwhelming the fruit.

It has a full taste, with a bit of cacao/chocolate taste, but it went really well with a fresh truffel ricotta raviolo.

A real Nebbiolo, not spectacular but good. Notes of chocolate and hazelnut. Smooth mouth-coating softness. Can be drunk young.
