Dark red with very fruit-forward aromatics. Plums, blackberries, vanilla and some baking spices. I thought it would weigh heavier but it had a medium mouthfeel and slow tannins. It drinks rather tart, and while it lacks complexity, it tastes pretty good. Medium finish.

#shiraz
This wine could be called Sir Nose. Loads of blackberries. The palate is ripe and round. The wine is bursting with black fruit. Time in the glass makes it better. Great with roast beef.

Smooth, strong flavor. My first Syrah. Pleasurable taste.
