Balanced high acid, lime and Asian pear, a touch of allspice, a bit of sugar on the finish, but overall quite dry. If you have grilled shrimp burgers, on hand (see photo) this is a good friend.

Far more advanced than expected. Residual flavors of over ripe pear and pressed apple. Acid back bone in the fore front. Not great and the last bottle of this wine I opened was just undrinkable. A deeply flawed bottle.
