Maurice Schoech
Rangen de Thann Harmonie 'R' Grand Cru
Like all previous bottles drunk in US, the wine is reductive to start and freshens up in the glass. However, US bottles seem more advanced than bottle enjoyed a year ago in Ammerschwihr. Still a delicious bottle throughout a meal.

Jul 31st, 2020Seemingly more evolved than bottle drunk in Ammerschwihr during August 2019. I have heard it proposed all wine imported from Europe to USA is at least 6 months more evolved irregardless of integrity of transport. YMMV.

Last bottle. Sad. So much lift and tension. Have to get more.

Jul 18th, 2021I’m afraid this my last bottle. Still potent but past peak. Surprisingly energetic with air. @Web Bond
