Crisp and citrus the way we expect it from NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Nice.

A very nice, easy drinking Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Lighter and less citrusy-acidic than many but still that great summery cut grass- straw-vegetal quality this time with the citrus less prominent. A wonderful summertime wine. Was excellent with Chicken Dijon and summer ratatouille.

Lovely Pinot. Had it slightly chilled (by mistake) and it was really nice just under room at temp.

This wine is clear pale lemon.

On the nose it is clean with an exceptionally pronounced intensity. Aromas of lemon & lime, passion fruit, pineapple and lychee.

The palate is dry with medium acid and alcohol. The body is medium (-) with pronounced flavour intensity the same as detected on the nose. The finish is medium.

I thought this was a good with with a lot of potential. The challenge is the lack of acidity needed to enhance the balance of the wine. I'd drink it now, I doubt it would benefit from age.

Delicious! The wine was great when accompanied with a burrata salad al fresco at Stanley Park in Vancouver on a perfect summer day.

Mmmm, tasty! A whiff of cut grass, a sniff of grapefruit and a healthy gulp of passionfruit.
