Pale lemon color. Lovely nose of honey, apple, pear, peach, and pineapple. Minerals, citrus, and cream on the palate. Well balanced with a fuller body and tart acidity. Very interesting and Complex wine. Wasn’t sure at first. Came out a little funky when I opened it, but it turned out really nice!

Nice Mathiasson white. I actually like their varietal whites more than their blend, but this is still quite nice and a great pairing with omakase sushi.

Liking this wine more and more. Translucent light gold color. Lemongrass and rubber on the nose. Nice balance of fruit, sweetness, and acidity. Medium plus depth and medium finish. Super cool and unique!!

Dec 11th, 2023Classic Matthiasson White Blend! Lemongrass, pineapple, and hints of burnt caramel. Had lovely, almost creamy texture which was new. Perfect on a hot summers night.

Jul 8th, 2023Light gold color. Fairly reserved nose and wine overall. Might be in a weird spot. Funk, gunpowder, lime, and metallic elements present. Medium acidity and fairly muted finish.
