Incredibly well balanced Cali Chardonnay...ripe/underripe apple, lemon/lime, slight vanilla, enough malo fir balance, nice amount of lees to keep it rounded, some mineral and the acid profile at medium plus , given that Matthiasson picks early with a crazy alcohol of 12.2%. Really incredible, refreshing, food friendly wine paired with a simple skillet of chopped ham/peas/tomatoes/onions/butter/salt...bravo...

Nice full body, soft wood presence, green apple, pineapple, lime, underripe green melon, lemon, butter, cream, some cut grass & herbs. Beautiful round acidy with a nicely polished finished.

My kind of chard. Thought I got a whiff of doughy flour at one point. Either way, just right amount of oak, but not too much like most others. Very happy and bright. I drank the whole bottle in one night.
