Greco di Tufo

Solid greco. One of my favourite whites ever. Great acidity, balanced with beautiful yellow fruit.

Sings on the nose, hums on the palate - still enjoyable with alici fritti and frutti di mare

This is what a white should taste like.

Very good. Light, crisp, and tame but still noticeable fruit. Like NZ Sauv Blanc but more minerality and less bright stone fruit

Rich vanilla, cream, hint of yellow apple on the nose. Med body, med p acid, med p intensity, slightly frizzante, complex finish with fruit(yellow pear, minerality, taraggon)and bitterness. Good for glass/pairing. Drunk with classic salentino ouff pastry.

Much more expressive than others. Dry. Crisp. Fruit is still there.
