2008. This wine never disappoints. Lovely balance of tannin, acid, alcohol and fruit. Just a lovely purity to this wine. And on top of it all, this vintage slays!

This was recommended as a moderately priced (cheap) velvety red by the wonderful sommelier at Gramercy Tavern. It is super balanced and refreshing, you can taste the anise and pepper up front.
