Une très belle version en sec! Fruité croquant, texture et frais à la fois. Un vin provenant d'une région solaire difficile à dompter. Pourtant celui-ci est loin de tomber dans l'excès du climat. Bravo

Grenache impersonating Syrah in a tale of switched identities. Dark storytelling.
A thick stew of cooked cherries in bacon fat and black pepper. Brimming blackberries, violets, briny black olive. A textural wine. My favorite type. Plush, velvety metallic, salty stuff of calcium rich soils. So good this is one to store for a few.

9 of u have a tasting glass of it but u can't drink half a bottle. Smells like violet parfum while the taste is much more deceptive. It's like stinky tofu

Nov 4th, 2016Nose: rich flavours: red pepper, violets. Great freshness. Red and black fruit (black and red berries), bit of garigue, juniper, time.
Palate: silky and smoothy, although still young style. Good lightness and acidity, red fruit – elegance and finesse of an higher altitude.

Not a style I love at first sip, but very well done. Deep, very pure blue-fruit lavender nose. Palate mid-weight, not fat, and wears it's alcohol very very well. Palate is still mostly young Syrah; finish clipped still. Would love to revisit in 3-5.
