Mary Taylor
white Dão Encruzado Blend
This wine is delicous. creamy, full body but bright acidity..white peach on the fruit. Its so balanced and tight..nice finish..can probably cellar it but such a great crushable wine would be hard to do. Not to mention value for under 20 dollars

Oct 5th, 2023Fantastic white, perfectly paired with tapas: patatas braves, grilled octopus, crab cakes, shrimp…. Excellent. Salty minerality, pleasant zest on the nose, slight hint of apple. Loved it.

Mar 10th, 2023@Delectable Wine This is the white Dáo blend and consist of Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, Bical, & Gouveio grape varieties. Drinks like a tangier version of Albariño, kind of. High acid, light bodied, and fine dry. Neat bottle that went well with fresh seafood.
