Clara Sala Sicilia Grillo

Bright citrus, pit fruit, saline, white flowers, dried sage. Outstanding as an aperitif, with cheese or any kind of Mediterranean cuisine.

2020 vintage. Very mineral-driven with white rocks, dandelion, lemon peel, white grapefruit peel, little tropical essence. Good extract and appealing to fans of SB and Pinot Grigio.

Nice alternative to sauv blanc. Not as citrusy or acidic. Beautiful honey suckle smell
