Big fruit. Cassis, herbs, tiny berry fruit intensity. Juicy, ripe and super fresh. But also riper than 21. Long finish. Elegant.

Jan 12th, 2023This is such a dank Cabernet Franc. Nose is huge cassis and a wonderful herbal complexity. Sweet spices and hints of sweet oolong tea. Very complex and very aromatic. Wow the spice is just crazy. It’s so focused and vibrant. Clove, cinnamon, some sort of incense. 9.6. Nose. Out of this world. Palate is Thierry Germain single vineyard meet Oregon. So nimble, so lithe but wonderful fleshy, tannic driven fruit and such a complete package on the palate. Such precision and freshness. A wonderful elegant structure and clearly defined cassis and red current fruits. This, like all of Evan’s wines needs air but it’s a knockout.
