Wheat bear with the price tag of decent wine. Yellow apple left for a few days. And now it started to dry out. Dried field flowers. Not complex, easy-going. Low alcohol content and completely dry. Good acidity. I don't like it, but some of its features are interesting.

Explosive 🧨 razor sharp acidity and low abv make for one spicy pet nat. Peachy apricot dusted with salt and ribbons of minerality. Textural but still highly quaffable.
