Nose beautifully clear & minerally- like white grapes and lettuce hearts on ice, set in a cave! (No, I was not on any other substances); on the palate gorgeous texture & mouthfeel make first impression. Just fills up the mouth, but not aggressively, with notes of white grape, leek, and unripe mango. Very elegant. Very Feinharb-y….just a smidge on the dry side of the spectrum. Goddamn delicious and interesting because it’s begging to reveal more flavors and dimensions. Paired beautifully with homemade Sabich bowls, and friends, for Friday night dinner. Needs air to unfurl a bit.

Just showed up. Yes Lyle will kill me whenever we meet - for not letting this sit. Very classy and clean, crunchy, 🍏, green apple, white peach, lemon, 🍋 faint sour underripe raspberry (yes), quite acidic, juicy and drinkable, just 11% and dry. This will over time turn into a textbook example of Kabinett a benchmark wine. Try again in 5 years! 9.4 (for now).
