Named after the winemakers middle daughter. As a middle daughter myself, I feel extra attached to this 🍷!

This GV on Riesling action is not actually allowed to be called wine. It still impresses with a complex bitterness, green apple fruitiness and barrique notes.

Unfiltered Austrian Gruner. Really interesting. Cloudy w the look of a cider. A bit of funk on the front but there’s no mistaking this as a gruner veltliner at its core. Crisp. Thx @Brad Sacks for sharing!!

Aug 29th, 202015/20 (85/100) Аромат яблочного варенья, груши дюшес и печёной репы. Умеренная тельность, невысокая кислотность. Вкус слабоват. Вино очень напоминает сидр.

Gruner Veltliner macerated on Riesling skins
Цедра жёлтого апельсина, персиковый нектар, моченые яблоки, белый квас, базилик, джин. Мутный цвет, среднее тело с незатейливым балансом сочной, мягкой кислотности и едва ощутимой спелой сладости. Просто и легкомысленно, но в целом симпатично.
