Always very happy to get some onglés on my donglés... Tip top.

Horseradish, mineral, austere but with a depth of lemon curd. Tannins across the front of the mouth. A gorgeous wine that is equally delicious by itself and on the table. However, given its scarcity, it should probably be the latter.
