Explodes out of the glass with black pepper and roasted meat notes then settles nicely into prickly florals and acidic red fruits. It's a wine that screams for food to be paired with, but once you do, you won't want to stop.

Bright fruit, almost carbonic, rhubarb, cranberry, high acidity(needs food), cloudy appearance and low alcohol 11.5%. Would love this wine with thanksgiving dinner.

Reductive at first. Opened up to be vegetal, peppery and meaty. Quite good, but almost past it's time.
