I’m training for the NYC marathon and haven’t been posting so much - apparently, despite my arguments to the contrary, drinking a bottle of wine doesn’t count as carb-loading...
I opened this three (3!) days ago and today it’s singing. Definitely age-worthy or suggest decanting young. Seriously. This is vintage is 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc and spends some time in oak. Incredible richness and tropical fruit flavors with a distinct minerality. The acid is quite strong and honestly was almost overpowering on day one for my taste. But it kept getting better with some time open. As good as this is today, I can’t wait to try it again in 2 years.

It could be the bottle was off, but it has a tinny backend. Love this family but can’t get excited about the Albion.

Gold with a touch of peach. Semi dry, slight acidity, hints of Texas Red Grapefruit and fresh Asparagus. Very enjoyable and addictive. Each sip full left me wanting another.

Let’s just say, I am a🍷wine girl at ❤️ but I am enjoying this 2014 by my pool after a hard days work on my city farm. Tastes better today then I 1st tried it. Everything is better with a little bit of age on it. 😊 @farmforthesoul

Floral. Front and back palette very smooth. Gardenias. Good acidity. Good mouthfeel. Great balance. Great wine for the price.

Exceptionally well balanced--nice acid that isn't overwhelming. Floral, perfumed nose with lemon curd and star anise.
