Lemon custard/preserved lemon and green apple nose. Bright golden, not very oxidized at all, just a gentle marcona almond note. Such a silken texture on the palate, weightless and decadent, almost Chablisien character. Knockout minerality and a salty long finish.

Pleasant easy going mineral and fresh, relatively on the light side, a touch of citrus, grape fruit, lots of minerals, medium bicycle crisp finish. My score 85, drink to 2019
