Dec 18th, 2019The red wine served with the Marques de Riscal restaurant's (Michelin 1 star) "10th Anniversary Menu" during the following courses: "Battered hake, candied at 45 degrees C, on roast peppers and rice soup", and "Glazed lamb meatball with a touch of ginger and lime". A modern style, full bodied Rioja that was an excellent pairing with both the fish and lamb. See my other entry for the white wine and courses it was served with.
