Wow what a nose. So aromatic. Pinot Blanc on slate, here we come. Lime zest, pith, really high toned and expansive. The best underarm ever. Almost like a sexual sweat as well. Lots of sponti. So complex. Some green apple as well. So much green apple. A hint of richness as well. Just so complex. I love it. A real terroir wine. The slate is sick. Ah this is so fresh, so energetic, so pure. Just incredible. Balanced like the best and just caresses your palate. Such freshness and obviously not as much acid as Riesling but the freshness of this wine is stunning. Wow is it elegant and round but has the most jagged and invigorating minerality. So pure, deep and fresh. This is Pinot Blanc. As this airs the slate combines with the richness so well. This is so well made. It is so long and elegant yet has this engaging richness. It really smells like Pinot Blanc from the Mosel. What texture. So great. Sneaky length and awesome 4D texture. Wow, this is really long. Special.
