Cassis and woodsy earth aromas preludes rich layered flavors of cherry, anise and cloves. Smooth tannins and lingering finish.

Sour mash, bitter like the fruit wasn't ripe. Heavy tannins.

I'm not a fan of the light flavour and subtle aftertaste. Needs some more bite and body. Solid guest wine though.

A deeply concentrated purplish red. The nose is dominated by black tea, backed up with black current, green pepper, powdered cocoa and Greek olives. In the mouth it's medium to full bodied with sweet tannin and a slick mouthfeel. For flavor it's a medley of concentrated dark fruits, while it turns to spices in its long lasting peppery and fiery finish.
