Wow! Still bright, chalky, and full of youthful grip. Red plum, raspberry, lichee and white pepper notes are most dominant. This could easily go another few years and not be at its peak.

This is another great wine from Mark Ryan. Cooked berries, white pepper on the nose. Meaty & chewy tannins on the palate with blackberries hints of Creme Brule. Decent acidity.

Drinking well. Pleasant tannins have mellowed out and notes of blackberry and tar dominate the palate. Deep nose of dried cherry and some tobacco hints. Acidity is low to moderate. One of his better releases.
