White Label Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon

Second Wine for thanksgiving dinner. Deep ruby red. Better the second day with some stinky notes, forest floor, dark berries, and some herbal notes. Medium tannins (6.5/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. Dark berries and herbal notes on the palate. Some light greenery too. Overall a very impressive 2011 bottling. Drink till 2022.

Complex and not easy but worth it. Kept it around for two days and it was worth it.

Concentrated fruit, blackberry compote, great balance of acidity and tannin. Needs some time to develop, but amazing wine overall
