Magnum. Usually squirreled away buy the Michelin’s. Flat out gorgeous at first sip. What a wine. I have these things with wines. Decanted or not warm cold poor storage the good ones impress at the first sip! Diam 5 Cork! Is perfect! Why is it not used more? Orange peel, faint cherry notes, black cherry. 13%. Fresh. Touch chocolate, touch lime juice. Whiff of cardamom on the back palate. A masterpiece from a very peasant not familiar or fancy plot. Not even a 1er! Light and elegant for a NSG. Drink up at its peak!

A little reticent on the nose on opening but personality came to the fore with a bit of air. Delicate red (lighter 2014 vintage?) that paired well with duck leg

Lighter than the 12 and more complex. This is the last vintage from Haisma from this vineyard. Less tannic than the 12. Mostly darker - fruit blackberries. Cranberries. Lacks the spice elements of the 12.

Very different from the 12 much less evolved. Funny but I think it smells like Beaujolais 😳.
Still reminds me of concord grape like the 2012 but with a brooding dark beastly undertow. Yesterday this was the best of the flight and it still is. Lots of tannins this will last. I think I will buy more 👍. Slightly bitter long complex. May be blueberries this craves for food.

Stunning. Guys I will write more about this wine in the future. Just trust me for now! 😇. I had the opportunity to taste the whole 2014 line up of Mark Haisma's wines at the importers house last weekend and this wine showed very well. All of his wines had character. I will revisit his portfolio in May.

Underrated Village according to Jason Berry the importer. Light, tart feminine. Really pretty good stuff but not super awesome. Not enough depth for me but may be am wrong. Blackberry nose. Cranberry taste.
