From one of the smallest producers in Morro, its modern style means easy drinkability with medium weight and intoxicating rustic flavors of crushed flowers, tobacco and spice. Perfect for casual Sunday suppers.

Very light. Not a lot going on initially. Needs a lot if time to breathe to develop delicate flavors.

Nose tells me it's tight. Very light color. Almost see-thru. On its own it's pretty tough to drink. With the pork belly starter I could taste the fennel spice with the wine. Tight tannins. Maybe the second half will be easier with the next Better Call Saul
