Oct 10th, 2013Nose tells me it's tight. Very light color. Almost see-thru. On its own it's pretty tough to drink. With the pork belly starter I could taste the fennel spice with the wine. Tight tannins. Maybe the second half will be easier with the next Better Call Saul
