Green melon, hickory, differ village and soil is kimmeridigian , deep and airy, baking spices and so so airy, saline and bready, unreal aromas. wet earth and seashells, palate is so harmonious, juicy. great chablis, wow, so dry and brilliant, juicy and so fine, so mineral and so complex, one of the most mineral champagnes I have ever had. Just a finish that is at least 5 minutes. Like Grand Cru Chablis with bubbles. You need to beg, borrow and steal to get this.
