Delicious with sushi! This is an everyday champagne β€” something we all need more of in our lives. 🍾

The best Champagne one can buy for $27! Our last bottle until my next shipment lands between now and the end of the year. Prior notes still apply.

Kicking into a long weekend to celebrate our Country πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡² and those who have worked to give me the freedom to enjoy this beautiful wine.

Three hours of lawn mowing in 92Β°F temp this afternoon, this bottle is my reward, in addition to a breeze that arrived recently to make it a little more comfortable outside.

Prior notes still apply:
Nose has creamy pear mousse, green apple skin and wet mineral paste.
Palate has very nice chalky Pinot fruits, light beeswax, zingy SweeTARTS-like acidity with that touch of tart sweetness on the medium-long finish.

Absolutely delicious, $27 is a crazy price for this juice. 100% Pinot Noir.

Elegant and refined with berry, biscuit and mineral complexity. Excellent mousse and bubbles.
