Brut Champagne Blend

Pear and apple in the nose with pear and some citrus in the palate. Paired well and enhanced with a hard white cheese.

This Mary de Moy Grand Cru has the typical structure of N/V champagne house blend (Chard/ Pinot Noir/Menuier), stays in the crispy character with green apple and some citrus flavors and decent texture complemented by some hints of vanilla pastry and definitely brioche.
The finish is long but not over lingering, the amount of bubbles is perfectly balanced from entry to finish as well. It does the job phenomenally well at its price point.
