Feb 13th, 2021This is stellar. Nose jumps with dried cherry, pomegranate and black raspberry fruit that is buttressed with lemon balm, allspice and warm rocks. The really expands and ands complexity with air and time. The palate is taut and focused full of mineral, salty flavors with dried cherry, blood orange sorbet and raspberry candy flavors. Superb finish that displays a focused dried red fruit and mineral quality.
