Very smooth, low tannins, bold cooked fruit on tongue, chocolatey finish

Deep garnet. Aromas of spiced tart cherry and cedar. Same on the palate, with additional depth of raisin, caramel, a bit of licorice and touches of juicy blueberry. Really delicious. Excellent high quality pizza wine. Very much agree with another reviewer who noted the excellent price to quality ratio. This one’s at Total Wine — seek it out!

Good “pizza wine.” Not complex enough for my wine tastebuds. Pleasant though.
