Oxidative aromatics (like a sliced golden delicious apple that has been on the counter for a few hours); has that lean, grower “Caramex” aromatic too; golden raspberries, mineral, limestone, and pear. The solera profile comes through on the nose but not much on the palate; there’s very little (if any) sulfur added (and zero dosage), and based on profile, I think these are best consumed on the younger side. If you like grower champagne that has a vinous/white burgundy like feel, this fits the bill, but I think just a few grams of dosage could balance this out in a big way.
