Brut Blanc de Noirs 1er Cru Champagne Pinot Noir

Quite nice. Good bright red fruit and a fine mousse. A bit oxidative too, bruised red apple. Some barrel flavors stuck out on the palate.

Clear, beautiful pale gold with just a hint of rouge. Excellent mousse and vibrant aromas of red apple, brioche and berry fruit. So focused on the nose, it invites a meditative sip. Stunning purity on the palate with brioche, red apple and berry nuances framed by crisp acidity and a creamy texture. Very long and entrancing finish. This is a Blanc de Noirs primarily from the grand Cru village of Ambonnay but with the inclusion of some fruit from the 1er Cru village of Cumières the wine is labeled Premier Cru. It hardly matters - this is first class all the way organically grown and produced.

A little Benoit Pinot is never a bad idea!

Creamy, yellow plum, biscuit, chocolate chip even some Jaffa cake. Rounded, sweet and fleshy fruit, lovely bubblé

Мытая желтая слива, морошка, белая клубника, крем брюле, парфюм с цитрусовой основой. Со временем становится слаще: ярче проявляется сливочность, появляется кокос, намёк на гвоздику. В ретроназальном аромате жареный фундук. Среднетелое, слегка водянистое, воздушное, с мягкой кислотностью. Приятно расфокусировано, гармонично в своей эфемерности. 16,5/20

Сахарная глазурь, лимонный сорбет, аскорбиновая кислота, недозрелое яблоко, лёгкая аптека, рожь, заварной крем, огурец, море, кожица лесного ореха. Слегка оксидированно. Немного расфокусированно, но интересно однозначно.

Un champagne très spécial.

Magnifique! Pinot Noir et Pinot Meunier. Bulle très fine. Arômes de petits fruits et pomme briochée. Léger bois. Belle fraîcheur. Nez complex. Bravo!

Rich and complex. Not a particularly elegant BdN, but has loads of character.
