Still very fresh. Tight but rich. 2011 vintage.

Always enjoyed this one, great mineral component, old oak contact.

Doug Margerum's homage to Didier Dagenau. There is no CA Sauv Blanc that compares.

15' Margerum D SB. D is a blend of McGinley Vineyard "The Point" Sauvignon Blanc and Grassini Family Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc. I had the 2015 Grassini Reserve SB and enjoyed it.

A blending of neutral & new oak. Lime all day! Lemon peel, Nectarines. Moderate amount of acidity. Beautiful balance! Serve at cellar temperature!

Has a touch of oak, which is a surprise (even though it's on the label, whoops)! I like it but I wish I had prepared myself for the oak because I was expecting a crisper wine.
