Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Sourced from 4 vineyards, early harvest, small, ripe, intense berries, wine was aged for 10 months in French oak (42% new), light Ruby, aromas of tart cherry and dried fruits with spice and cedar notes, very complex nose. On the palate blueberry and raspberry flavors with sweet spice and toasty tones. Soft tannins, well balanced, vivid acidity, lingering ending with a gentle oak and fruit character. Small production. Very nice!

On wine cruise on the Danube River .Margerum winery owner is doing the tasting. This Santa Barbara winery is new to me. A very full bodied Pinot with a lush flavor and aftertaste.

Excellent fruit aroma....candied apples and red raspberries. Very smooth. Great with a cheese board.

Ditched the Ruffino for this. It’s much better.
