Sicilia Grillo

Integer. Unfortunately, this wine is very rare. No sulphites, only native yeats, it's pure grillo grape. Yellow flowers, orange skin, peanuts butter in mounth, nuts and dried fruits. Awesome!

2010 Marco De Bortoli Integer, no biodynamics or bio-what, no filtration, "natural" decantation. Amazing.

Integer skin contact Grillo. So good with a chicken alfredo pizza. A little tannic, herbal, floral, tart green apple and hint of salinity. One of my favorite “orange” wines.

Peach skin and florals. Too much to explain.

Had this as a draft wine. A little funky to start but then it opened up. Full bodied and luscious but with enough of a zip to it - extremely sippable! Apple and lemon on the nose, juicy stone fruits and citrus with herbal notes on the palate

Intoxicating and complex nose—peach blossom, peach skin, grapefruit grave and flowers. Intensely flavorful, but not imbalanced. Hint of herbal—rosemary or thyme. Green apple, white peach, kiwi. Overripe pineapple. Fascinating

Peach, flowers, nectarine, key lime, passion fruit, thyme, salinity sizzling above it all, soft and punctuated finish.
