Pale, lovely delicate sour acids, softening into fantastic balance after a while, helpfully cutting through the salty anchovies I drank it with.

Crystalline, pure and light. If you’re lucky enough to be used to the complex tropical of Bini Zibibbo this will be a big surprise, and a pleasant one. Almost like a young Loire Chenin or something.
