A bigger version of Nero with a blend of Nero d'avola 60, Syrah 30, Cabernet franc 10. A big and chewy wine with lots of dark cherry liqueur like fruit fresh flowers and a long finish ripe tannins and a good hand of spice dark earth the vineyards surrounded by citrus and almonds big but still fresh and lively

A very soft and easy drinking wine they went to Sicily for Francesco's brother fell on love with a Sicilian girl and the Nero d'avola. A very soft and smooth wine on the tongue very pretty with a notes of fresh flowers and the soils here are between white and grey calcareous diols they planted free standing vines winds from the Sahara the vines can stand up to this like this they pick early retain fresh very good +

Rich, open knit, licorice and hot asphalt, fruit of the forest and black olives. No hurry, but also: no need to wait any longer.

Fascinating. The moment it touches your tongue you get a bit a tickle almost like this is lightly carbonated. Bright and lively acid on the tip of your tongue that goes all the way to the back of your tongue with a ripe stewed fig flavor along with some cinnamon spice. Dark cassis and dried flowers. For my first Sicilian wine it’s a fascinating flavor combination I’m still trying to interpret.

Not as rich as some of this grape I’ve had but opened nicely after a while.

I think my version was corked I'm not all that interested in trying it again.
