Mar 8th, 2014Rich, open knit, licorice and hot asphalt, fruit of the forest and black olives. No hurry, but also: no need to wait any longer.

Jan 15th, 2022Fascinating. The moment it touches your tongue you get a bit a tickle almost like this is lightly carbonated. Bright and lively acid on the tip of your tongue that goes all the way to the back of your tongue with a ripe stewed fig flavor along with some cinnamon spice. Dark cassis and dried flowers. For my first Sicilian wine it’s a fascinating flavor combination I’m still trying to interpret.
