Superiore...2016 vintage. Emphasize the 1st and 3rd syllable...among the best of the class, real value if discovered. Balance, perfect dry tannins, smoothness, tart berry and depth of body excellent though at 15.5% alcohol... pretty unusual, powerful.

Here’s a nice #barberadasti that’s varietal and terroir illustrative. Ripe wild cherry, some leather on the nose, nice balance of fruit and earthy spice palate, moderate tannins.
