Really lovely...cherries, raisins, plums...it was recommended that I drink this before 2021, but I think this could have gone longer. Still, the balance on this is lovely, not too tannic, not too dry or sweet. Would definitely purchase again.

Really nice strawberry mixed with an earthy undertone. Very balanced throughout the mouth and a subtle acidity gives a nice crisp texture. Really good product. I would let it rest for a few years before cracking it
