Rosy red perfume that did well with a 2 hr decant. Haven’t had much luck with these Luces, but this showed quite nicely. Smooth and delicate, nicely integrated and steamy wood, still lively acidity. Was great pair to Brunello braised beef.

Licorice & dark fruit on the initial nose. Tannin was persistent until it finally faded after 45 minutes letting the fruit emerge. This is a soft, lush offering that will continue to age. Try it again in 3 years..
