Castel Giacondo, poised,silky texture, not showing it's 15% Alc, Wendouree Shiraz Mataro, drinking beautifully, layers of yumminess, YY Carodus Merlot true to site with rich sweet fruit and restraint, would have loved a bit more structure from it.
